If I could be a scientist

If I could be a farmer

If I could be a doctor

If I could be a painter then I would be artistic and creative. That would be a nice change. I would say that I would become world famous and make tons of money, but to be honest I'd just like it to resemble what it was intended to be.

If I could be a gardener

If I could be a missionary

If I could be a chef then I might actually be good at cooking! My husband and friends would be so proud! Then for once I could be the one who has everyone over for dinner.

If I could be an architect

If I could be a linguist

If I could be a psychologist then I would have an excuse for being all up in everyone's business. I could pry into the personal lives of people without my husband telling me that I like the drama of other peoples lives like it's a bad thing. Hey, what do you expect, that's my JOB. And to, you know, like, help people and stuff.

If I could be a lawyer

If I could be an innkeeper then I would almost always be sorta on vacation. In Tahiti. That would rock! I would keep a few cabanas reserved for friends and family, who would of course be VIP. And if one of them called up to say they were on the way, I don't care WHO is staying in that cabana, they're getting the boot. "I'm sorry Mr. Spielberg, but we have some VERY important guests checking in tonight and they always stay in THIS room."

If I could be a professor

If I could be a world famous blogger

If I could be a justice on any one court in the world, I would choose the Supreme Court so that I could remind people that this country was founded on the seperation of church and state. Religious beliefs should not dictate our laws, but our personal choices. Your opposed to gay marriage? Then don't marry one! Against stem cell research? Well then when your child/grandchild needs a kidney or heart, you keep singing that tune, but I want the people I love to have a chance to get the organs they need, or to be cured from cancer, not just treated for it.
