Car? What car?
Ok, so once again my car took an utter shit. But what else is new? Had to get a ride to work from my Dad. Hope he doesn't want to work late since that's how I'm gonna have to get home, and I don't really want to be here until seven. Also I don't know how I'm gonna go get lunch as I have no car.
Had to scramble to find Robert transportation since I would usually pick him up in my car, but to top that off Bryan's car is in the middle of taking a big ol' dump as well, and he is usually Robert's ride to work.
Since I whole heartedly believe that the DMV is the devil, it would make sense that cars are, I don't know, demons, or something like that.
On the up side of things, I came into work and I got all caught up on my filing and I have entered all the sales orders that I've gotten, so as far as work goes, I'm all over it! Which is good since that means that the lost "oh crap, now what" feeling is pretty much gone. But now they want me to start learning more stuff since I seem to have this stuff pretty well down pact. Which means that feeling will be back soon. But that's okay, it's not rocket science, I'll get it eventually.
So I guess the general update for today would be love my job, hate my car.

3 peeps say:
Love my job most of the time, respect my car, but hate having to take care of it (payments, insurance, gas, oil changes, the list goes on...)
Speaking of car maintainance... I am suspose to take my car to get serviced today (I've been putting it off for a week, but since I'm trading cars the Brian tomorrow, I feel obligated to have it tuned up).... I hate getting my car worked on-- its too expensive, and waiting around to actually get it back takes forever.
On a funnier note however, the lead service guy at Toyota Riverside has the funniest name.... Ready for this?! It's Dick Johnson. That just makes me giggle every time I go there...
Ok, enough inane humor for today...
Oh, girl, I totally feel your pain. It sucks having cars that take big ole dumps like that, doesn't it? I just revel in the fact that one day we will both have lots and lots of money, and we will drive our KICKASS new cars with awesome warranties out to your beach house... no worries. LOL.
